Dr. Michelle Hainesworth, PhD, Licensed Psychologist
Clinical Director

Dr. Hainesworth was awarded her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from West Virginia University.
She has been a licensed psychologist since 2009.

Dara Hodge-LaRue, MEd/LBS
Clinical Manager

Dara Hodge (LaRue) graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Curriculum Development. Dara has worked in mental and behavioral health since 2005 in varying levels of care. She is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania and specializes in ABA-based treatment, communication, and behavior modification. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Katrina Nola, LPC, LBS
Clinical Manager

Katrina Nola graduated from Carlow University with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. Katrina has worked in mental and behavioral health since 2011 in varying levels of care. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania and specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma based treatment. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Julie DeVirgilio graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Special Education in Autism Related Services. Julie has worked in mental and behavioral health since 2007 in varying levels of care. She is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania and specializes in ABA-based treatment, communication, and behavior modification. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
